Senior Business Analyst Position

Atigro is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in gathering business requirements, designing system layouts, and creating testing plans for ERP web and mobile application modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for ERP web and mobile app modules.
    • Conduct gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
    • Define and document requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
    • Work with AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features.
    • Leverage knowledge of large language models to create and optimize prompts for AI-driven functionalities.
  • System Layout Design:
    • Create detailed system layouts using design software like Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
    • Ensure designs align with user experience (UX) principles and stakeholder expectations.
  • Testing Plan Development:
    • Develop comprehensive testing plans, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure module functionality and performance.
    • Collaborate with QA teams to validate testing outcomes and address issues.
  • Agile Methodology:
    • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
    • Break down epics into user stories and ensure their readiness for development teams.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Effectively communicate with global teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
    • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating smooth collaboration.
