Diagnostic Content Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostics and Troubleshooting Expert to create comprehensive diagnostic content for automotive systems.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of vehicle sub-systems and components, as well as the ability to diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues.

This role involves working closely with software engineering teams and technical experts from global organizations. Responsibilities include benchmarking diagnostic testers, evaluating aftermarket tester coverage, and performing tests on various vehicle brands and systems.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of vehicle system architecture, including sub-systems and components
  • Expert-level diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of OE system descriptions, service manuals, and repair guides
  • Ability to independently operate diagnostic equipment

Desirable Skills:

  • Programming language proficiency
  • Experience with IMSIS+ diagnostic tools

Candidates should possess a degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech) and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in aftersales vehicle service, diagnostics, and troubleshooting preferably in OEM dealerships/workshops. Additionally, they should have at least 2 years of experience in developing diagnostic content for automotive applications.
