Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD and software related tools. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create Plans and Drawings: Develop comprehensive plans and drawings that clearly outline architectural design of projects.
  • Utilize Engineering, Math, Science and Materials: Apply knowledge of engineering, math, science, and materials to create ideal finished products.
  • Conduct Site Evaluations: Conduct regular site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
  • Oversee Construction Process: Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with various teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture: Possess a Bachelor's degree in architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Commercial Office Space Experience: Have at least 5+ years of experience in Commercial Office Space.
  • Organizational, Creative, and Presentation Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
  • AutoCAD and Revit Proficiency: Be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software.
