Seeking Experienced Oracle OSM Consultant

We are looking for a skilled and accomplished professional to take on a challenging role in Oracle OSM (Order and Service Management) Consultancy. This position offers the opportunity to work on multiple Oracle Communications OSS Stack products, enabling you to design, implement, and support OSS solutions for diverse and complex projects in the telecommunications domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Oracle Communications OSS solutions including OSM, RODOD, RSDOD, and NRM.
  • Translate high-level design requirements into detailed technical solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical design documents such as high-level designs, low-level designs, and project-specific documentation.
  • Perform code build and deployment for development and testing environments.
  • Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OSM and related components.
  • Support solution integration, testing, and optimization activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end OSS implementations.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for ongoing implementations.
  • Be willing to travel for client deployments or project needs when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–9 years of experience with Oracle OSM (version 7.3.x and above), preferably in the telecommunications domain.
  • Education: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of OSS domain concepts and communications industry workflows.
  • Proficiency with Java, XML, XQuery, WebServices, WebLogic, and RDBMS technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments and scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with OSM installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Awareness of TMF/eTOM, SID Data Model, and Oracle RODOD/RSDOD solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in collaborative environments.
  • Flexibility: Open to travel as per project requirements.
