About This Role

This position supports the development of plans used in planning and roadmap sessions, contributing to strategy and planning initiatives. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform conclusions and present insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities of delivery teams, identifying necessary resources and developing schedules for timely completion.
  • Monitor key milestones in delivery plans.
  • Support agile planning ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
  • Contribute to the development of delivery plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Assist with workforce planning and capacity development.
  • Align work efforts with team and organizational goals.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in technology planning or project management, or a related field.
  • Ability to identify and respond to priority shifts with minimal supervision.
  • Cloud certification is strongly preferred.
