">About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Lead Data Specialist, ML Data Ops, to oversee a team of 30-40 associates. As a subject matter expert in one or more processes/functions and proficient in English, you'll be responsible for driving initiatives across sites for process improvements, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and guidelines formulation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure operational and business goals are met by managing process and operational escalations.
  • Drive data-oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions, and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals.
  • Manage stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, and escalations.
  • Identify gaps in process areas and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the process and a referral point for peers and junior team members.
Key Result Areas Include:
  • Experience in managing process and operational escalations.
  • Driving appropriate data-oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions, and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals.
  • Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, and escalations.
  • Communicate and take the lead role in identifying Gaps in process areas and work with all stakeholders to resolve the gaps.
  • Be a SME for the process and a referral point for peers and junior team members.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree and relevant experience of 2+ years as a subject matter expert or similar.
  • Intermediate knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication (written & oral) skills with the ability to curate responses for Language Model (LLM) development.
  • Experience in analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment.
