Key Performance Areas
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial functions, including computation and compliance of statutory dues, budgeting and costing, preparation of management information systems (MIS), and financial statement preparation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Computation and compliance of statutory dues, including Service Tax, E-TDS, Advance Tax, and Professional Tax.
  • Budgeting and costing, including preparation of MIS on account payable and accounts receivable.
  • Finalization of financial statements, including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and notes and annexure.
  • Management of inter-branch transactions, ensuring accurate reporting and reducing outstanding amounts from debtors.
  • Liaisoning with government authorities, income tax, sales tax, excise, and other departments.
  • Planning for future expansion and financial arrangements.
  • Reviewing and improving existing systems, technology upgradation, and coordination between internal and external departments.
  • Coordination with internal auditors, statutory auditors, tax consultants, and other consultants.
  • Reviewing and implementing MIS systems.
  • Analysing financial data and compliance with policies.

Essential Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the steel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, and taxation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
