We are looking for a talented and creative professional to lead our photography, videography, and design efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling, with expertise in capturing the essence of industrial processes and team dynamics.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who can combine their passion for photography and design with their ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. As a Photography, Videography & Design Lead, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that showcases our brand's values and aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of factory processes, team rituals, and product transformations.
- Create visual assets for digital and print media, including mood boards, brochures, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with our Bangalore-based creative team to develop brand language and visual identity.
- Edit and manage visual content to ensure consistency and emotional depth.
- Travel regularly to Shoolagiri to immerse in site culture and document its evolution.
- Experience with DSLR/mirrorless camera handling and lighting setups (natural & artificial).
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite: Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro.
- BASIC VIDEO EDITING, COLOR GRADING, AND REEL CREATION skills.
- ASSET TAGGING, ARCHIVING, AND VISUAL LIBRARY MANAGEMENT capabilities.
- DESIGNING FOR WEB, PRINT, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND INTERNAL DOCUMENTATION expertise.
- CREATING MOOD BOARDS AND BRAND-ALIGNED DESIGN SYSTEMS skills.
