Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Management professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage resource utilization across multiple projects and departments, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of resource allocation and utilize data insights to inform decision-making in resource management systems.
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify current and future staffing needs, aligning resource availability with project requirements.
  • Support the forecasting of resource demand and resolve conflicts to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of project resources, ensuring a smooth transition process.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers to understand staffing and capacity challenges, providing proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  • 4+Years of experience in Resource Management, with a strong background in organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and resource management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project, D365).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
