Toys Production Manager

Our organization is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the production management of toys and premiums with vendors. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring supply for key clients, and leading a team of project executives.
- Key responsibilities include coordinating internal and external stakeholders, representing the Supply Chain function to local clients, providing regular updates to leadership teams, and coaching project executives in project management and problem-solving.
Additional duties involve leading initiatives for continuous improvement within the supply chain function, managing end-to-end project timelines from model start to promotion launch, partnering with cross-functional teams, and monitoring production status and shipment schedules.
Sample requests, market-specific toy packaging development, and approval processes are also part of this role. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in supply chain management.
