Visual Creative Specialist

We are looking for an exceptional Visual Creative Specialist who is skilled in applying design principles and leveraging technology to craft engaging visual experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of the role of GenAI in shaping design workflows.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create stunning visuals that convey clear messages and effectively communicate brand values.
  • Develop, maintain, and apply robust brand guidelines across various output formats.
  • Design motion graphics, short videos, and micro-interactions using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Integrate AI as an assistant to enhance video production and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Build reusable templates and scalable assets that empower other teams to work independently.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, social media, advertising, and collateral materials.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers on visual elements, mockups, and screens to create cohesive designs.
  • Craft compelling case studies showcasing product and engineering work.
  • Embrace GenAI as a tool to augment creativity and productivity without compromising the human touch.
Requirements
  • A deep grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator, with experience working in related software.
  • Knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video production.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating range and adaptability across brands, products, and motion projects.
  • The ability to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable visual solutions.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles, although not essential.
