Position: Data Entry & Operations Specialist

We seek a diligent and meticulous professional to manage data entry, form submissions, and customer communications.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail with minimal error tolerance, proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who value precision and consistency in their work. Strong performers will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in project management, finance operations, and client communications as the company grows.

  • Enter and update customer and project data into company systems accurately.
  • Monitor and manage form submissions and permit application records efficiently.
  • Prepare and send customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on pending dues.
  • Support customer follow-ups via email or CRM to keep projects on track.
  • Validate and cross-check entries to ensure high accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain well-organized digital records for projects and customer information.
  • Assist the operations team with basic reporting and documentation tasks.

Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment is required.
