Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in SAP Testing-L3
  • Experience in SAP SD - Sales and Distribution-L3
  • Experience in SAP testing (a must)
  • Experience in SAP S4 implementation (good to have)
  • Understanding of different SDLCs and testing life cycles
  • Good oral and written communication skills (a must)
  • Documentation and presentation skills (a must)
  • Proficiency in coordinating with business analysts, ABAB teams, functional analysts
  • Understanding of core SAP functional business processes
  • Designing end-to-end business process flows
  • Usage of test management tools
  • Creating and implementing software testing planning strategies
  • Testing best practices, standards, methodologies, testing metrics, defect life cycles
  • Managing and maintaining testing KPIs
  • Training and mentoring resources on testing best practices and methodologies
  • Effort tracking for all tasks
  • Ensuring development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, execution, quality assurance, and defect management
  • Improving testing and validation processes continuously
  • Working together with automation teams in sharing functional knowledge, script development, remediation
  • Preparing test reports
