Job Title: Senior Editor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Editor to lead our editorial team and oversee the entire content creation process.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and execute editorial calendars to align with content goals and deadlines.
  • Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, accuracy, tone, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing teams to develop engaging and high-quality content.
  • Maintain a consistent style across all content, ensuring it resonates with brand identity and audience preferences.
  • Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and support to writers and editors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, reader preferences, and best practices in content creation, publishing, and distribution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in content creation, editing, or publishing, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and editorial style.
  • Experience managing editorial teams and workflows.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
