About the Role:

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Corporate Credit Analyst, where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of EMEA Corporate clients and undertaking detailed due diligence of borrowers/industry. You will also manage end-to-end annual renewal of limits and borrower ratings as per the Bank's credit processes and procedures, collaborating with other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform covenant checks and periodic monitoring reports.
  • Prepare periodic sector reports and event-based stress tests of the portfolio as necessary.
  • Audit management - Internal, External including regulatory inspections.
  • Multi-task and manage ever-changing priorities; Work with high motivation and initiative; Develop technical skills and industry knowledge related to the role.
  • Ensure accurate and timely compliance with internal policies and reporting procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in fundamental corporate analysis gained in either a bank or a Global Capability Centre, asset manager, or rating agency environment.
  • Emphasis on credit analysis in the context of a transaction or event, or a strong motivation to move into a more transaction-driven environment.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of post-graduation experience (CA/CFA/MBA Finance or equivalents).
  • Experience covering EMEA Large Corporates.
  • Good understanding of loan documentation and key credit protections.
  • Understanding of market risk and ISDA documents preferred.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg/CapIQ and similar systems.
