About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Senior Integration Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end planning and coordinated communication between all scrum teams, squads, and shared teams throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to meet business objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, scrum masters, and team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Tech Lead: Oversee technical installations and track software versions and configurations.
  • Status Reporting: Provide regular status updates and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks impacting cross-scrum and shared teams.
  • Ceremonies: Drive process, cadence, and ceremonies across scrum and shared teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Plan Feature Integration/Program Integration reviews with stakeholders.
  • Team Support: Protect teams from outside tasking and interact with scrum masters.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a project manager or product engineer in big program implementations.
  • Average Skills: Agile Product Development with a strong focus on delivery; techno-functional skills combined with business/functional knowledge, and end-to-end understanding of Supply Chain processes.
  • Hard Skills: Solid experience with system integration to connect, enhance, and automate business processes; expertise in business processes within Plan/Source/Made/Deliver.

Preferred Qualifications

  • J&J SDLC Experience: Experience managing projects using J&J (Johnson & Johnson) Systems Development Life Cycle.
  • Enterprise Knowledge: 5+ years in large enterprise matrix organizations.
  • Certification: Certification in areas of expertise.
