Job Title: Software Development Expert

About the Role

A day in this life is about bringing innovation to healthcare applications. We're looking for a talented Software Development Engineer-II to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing interoperability services that power data flows, and will be able to communicate best practices to others. Participating in the project lifecycle from pitch to delivery is also key.

  • Analyze and improve platform performance, scalability, stability, and security.
  • Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
Requirements

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably with a start-up mentality and willingness to learn.
  • Understanding of AI's role in speeding up development processes.
  • Expertise in Python and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with HL7 FHIR standard or other healthcare IT interoperability formats.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence peers and management, championing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
