Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer who can lead the design, implementation, and deployment of software applications.

This individual will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product owners, stakeholders, and engineers, to ensure that project requirements are met.

The successful candidate will also be expected to:

  • Own and manage the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.
  • Develop, test, and troubleshoot software applications, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to colleagues.
  • Ensure scalability, reusability, and adherence to best practices in software development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, and cloud computing (GCP/AWS).
  • Experience with UML, application design, and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (JUnit) and agile/scaled agile environments.
  • Proficiency in tools like Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.

Candidates should also have a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Good-to-Have Skills
