We are seeking a skilled Back-end Developer to join our team and help drive the development of innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of back-end development principles, including proficiency in Ruby (language fundamentals, idioms, metaprogramming), deep knowledge of OOP, mixins, blocks, procs, and lambdas, as well as familiarity with memory management, GC tuning, and performance profiling.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience with frameworks like Ruby on Rails, Grape, ActiveRecord, ActiveJob, ActionCable, ActiveModel validations, Engines, initializers, routing, and lifecycle callbacks, and be comfortable deploying and optimizing Passenger, Thin.

Other requirements include deeper understanding of Thread vs. process models, Connection handling, worker tuning, memory profiling, PostgreSQL, and advanced usage of ActiveRecord, as well as experience optimizing N+1 queries, indexes, and query plans, and proficiency with Bundler, Rake, Rubygems, Gem building, and custom gem publishing.
