Job Overview

We seek a seasoned Product Visionary to lead the development of innovative healthcare products that address critical market needs and deliver exceptional value to clients.

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and articulate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer pain points, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends within the healthcare domain.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize the product backlog to ensure it reflects the highest-value features and epics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Agile Methodology: Participate in agile ceremonies and guide the development team throughout the sprint cycle.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the healthcare industry.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Proven Agile experience and strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is preferred.
