**Job Title:** Master Architect


**About the Role:**


We are seeking a highly skilled Master Architect to join our team at Isprava Vesta Pvt Ltd. As a Master Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design development process for assigned projects.


**Key Responsibilities:**



  • Review base data and provide comments on the feasibility of projects from the land acquisition team.
  • Prepare test fits for the land acquisition team as and when requested.
  • Prepare feasibility studies with guidance from the Technical Director.
  • Understand space programs from the sales team and provide feedback based on past project experience or standardized documents.
  • Understand project timelines from the project manager and architect lead.
  • Schedule kickoff meetings with all consultants at the beginning of the project once all are appointed.
  • Review drawings and all deliverables from consultants at various stages of the project. Provide feedback and comments.
  • Assist the Technical Director and external architects and consultants with planning, designing, and implementation of assigned projects as per ISPRAVA design requirements and protocols.
  • Review sales drawings and area plans.
  • Identify client needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
  • Develop ideas keeping in mind client needs, building usage, and environmental impact.
  • Ensure internal signoffs as per design process flow.
  • Work on drawings in-house as and when required under the guidance of the Technical Director.
  • Prepare presentations for internal stakeholders as and when required under the guidance of the Technical Director.
  • Provide all standardized data and documents to relevant consultants.
  • Schedule weekly project review meetings with all POD teams to track progress as per project timelines. Escalate delays to the project manager if any.
  • Coordinate with our design partners for design development, construction documentation, contract administration, and delivery of the project.
  • Work closely with external MEP engineers, interior designers, landscape architects to complete the design of Isprava Projects as and when required.
  • Work with the procurement team to provide specifications with guidance from the architect lead.
  • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific Indian Standards and the India Building Code NBC guidelines and applicable regulations.
  • Participate in giving advice and alternative solutions to the construction team as and when required with guidance from the Technical Director.
  • Prepare minutes of all Technical Director meetings.
  • Adhere to the design process flow identified in this presentation in subsequent slides.
  • Visit sites on a periodic basis to ensure as per design. Provide site instructions and document the same in the site instructions book.
  • Visit projects before handover for snagging and provide observations and snags as per internal processes.

**Requirements:**


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • B Arch is a must.
  • Fluency in English language (Spoken and Written) is a must.
  • Good PPT presentation skills are a must.
  • Sketch Up good knowledge and hands-on experience are a must.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience is a must out of which minimum 4 years is required from consultancy side.
  • All 6 years of experience on consultancy side is a plus.
  • Masters in Architecture or urban planning is a plus.
  • USGBC is a plus.
  • Site experience is a plus.
  • Revit knowledge is a plus.
