Job Description

We are seeking a skilled content writer to join our team at tech-research-online. This is an onsite role located in Kharadi, Pune (with limited flexibility depending on the team's schedule)

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating published work in tech, innovation, or enterprise-focused publications.

The selected content writer will be responsible for creating engaging, long-form content that simplifies complex ideas without losing depth or nuance.

A successful candidate will have a solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.

In this role, you will collaborate with editorial, SEO, and marketing teams to ensure all content aligns with business goals, audience intent, and brand voice.

You will also be responsible for conducting in-depth research and interviews with internal stakeholders and industry experts to produce original, high-quality content.

The responsibilities of this position include writing long-form feature articles, thought leadership blogs, and trend-driven content covering topics like AI, IoT, Big Data, FinTech, SaaS, Cybersecurity, and more.

  • Create a variety of content formats including news stories, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, reports, infographics, and marketing collaterals.
  • Apply SEO best practices, including keyword usage, meta descriptions, and on-page optimization to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and stay up to date with emerging tech trends and industry shifts to produce relevant and timely content.
  • Maintain editorial accuracy, consistency, and a high standard of US English grammar, style, and structure across all written material.
Required Skills and Qualifications

1–4 years of experience in content writing, preferably in tech journalism, digital publishing, or B2B content marketing.

Proven ability to write engaging, long-form content that simplifies complex ideas without losing depth or nuance.

A strong portfolio demonstrating published work in tech, innovation, or enterprise-focused publications.

Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.

Awareness of current technology trends, business models, and digital transformation in the B2B landscape.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

Proficiency in CMS platforms like WordPress and familiarity with editorial workflows.

Degree in Journalism, Mass Media, English, Marketing, or a related field.
