We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of SAP BW with ABAP / CDS & ODS Consultant. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to expand your skill set and achieve job satisfaction.
- Design and implement end-to-end data models and pipelines in SAP Datasphere.
- Integrate SAP and non-SAP sources using Data Provisioning and Federation tools.
- Develop views and data layers using SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA Cloud.
- Understand stakeholder data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement data governance, security, and privacy using SAP Datasphere capabilities.
- Develop dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) per business requirements.
- Integrate SAP Datasphere with SAC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and external databases.
- Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Collaborate across IT, business analysts, and data architects.
- Implement SAC planning scenarios and remediation for S/4HANA.
- Apply BDC (Batch Data Communication) techniques, preferably with certification.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience in SAP Datasphere: data modeling, spaces, and data flows.
- Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud: story building, planning, live data connections.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA data sources.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture and data integration.
- Robust SQL skills and data transformation logic capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ideally an engineering graduate.
- Technical ABAP experience including AMDP, CDS view creation, ODP, BAdIs.
- Expertise in HANA-specific features like Calculation Views and fine-tuning function module extractors during migrations.
- Knowledge of ADSOs (Advanced DataStore Objects), Composite Providers, and ODS Views.
