Job Title: Financial Analysis Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Analysis Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the financial analysis function, providing strategic insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:
• Lead the financial analysis function, providing timely and accurate financial information to support business decisions
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to inform business strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop initiatives to drive growth and profitability
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including finance leaders, business unit heads, and other senior executives

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex financial data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience working in a matrix organization or with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
