Senior Manager – Design Expert

We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Design and Engineering Support team for Railway Axle Counter solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in fail-safe signalling products, embedded systems, and reliability analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide design and engineering support for Railway Axle Counter solutions, ensuring compliance with safety standards and RAMS requirements.
  • Lead verification and validation activities, including First Time Right (FTR) checks, to ensure quality and fail-safe product performance.
  • Liaise with railway authorities to address design, compliance, and product approval requirements.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication (ECE) or related discipline with at least 10 years' experience in Railway Signalling domain.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fail-safe signalling product design (HW/SW) and embedded systems.
  • Hands-on understanding of international standards and railway signalling concepts.
  • Expertise in RAMS methodologies, including MTBF, RBD, FTA, and reliability calculations.
