Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead our comprehensive security strategy for Township Development projects.

This includes overseeing security measures for Real Estate projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation plans to protect assets.

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop targeted strategies to address security concerns
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate security efforts and ensure effective enforcement of security policies
  • Manage security personnel and resources to optimize organizational security posture
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Security Management or a related field is required. We also require minimum 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with demonstrated expertise in security management and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate security incidents and provide timely and accurate reports
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities
  • Stay updated on emerging security threats and technologies to enhance organizational security
