  • Key Responsibilities:
    • To initiate, plan, execute, control and complete projects by guiding team members on technical aspects and reviewing documents
    • Lead project development, production support and maintenance activities to ensure quality and timeliness
    • Fulfill timesheet and invoicing requirements on or before deadlines
    • Interface with customers daily, addressing issues proactively to prevent escalations
    • Create functional and technical specifications
    • Track and manage open tickets/incidents, allocating tasks to resources and ensuring timely closure
    • Ensure analysts adhere to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs
    • Maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the delivery team
    • Ensure project compliance with Software Quality Processes and timelines
    • Review technical specification documents for accuracy and completeness
    • Serve as single point of contact between team and stakeholders
    • Promote teamwork, motivate and develop subordinates
    • Provide application production support according to established processes

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience in software development and project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems
