Senior Flutter Developer Position

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Flutter Developer to lead our mobile app development efforts.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart, as well as 4-7 years of overall experience in mobile app development. They should also have experience with state management, Firebase services, and REST API integration.

  • Lead the development of Flutter-based mobile apps for Android and iOS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Integrate APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate should be able to review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers. They should also be able to contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart (2-3+ years).
  • 4-7 years overall in mobile app development.
  • Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
  • Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics).
  • Experience with REST API integration, JSON handling, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Published apps on Google Play Store / Apple App Store.

Good-to-Haves:

  • Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) experience.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL / WebSockets.
  • Exposure to cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Prior experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS apps.
