Residential Interior Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented designer with expertise in AutoCAD to join our team. As a senior residential interior designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD. Additionally, you will prepare working drawings, furniture layouts, electrical layouts, and other technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:- Create detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
- Prepare working drawings, furniture layouts, electrical layouts, and other technical drawings.
- Coordinate with designers and site teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from clients or senior designers.
- E nsure drawings comply with project specifications, building codes, and regulations.
- Assist in material specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and archiving of drawings and design records.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in 2D drafting for residential interiors.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of basic interior design principles and site coordination.
- Familiarity with residential interior standards and detailing.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with other design tools.
- Basic understanding of 3D visualization (not mandatory).
