Visual Designer Position

We are looking for a skilled Visual Designer who can apply the principles of design across their work and recognize that although tools change, the principles remain the same.

The ideal candidate will be able to turn ideas into visuals that are clear, intentional, and rooted in strong design principles. This includes creating brand guidelines, motion graphics, short videos, and micro-interactions using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create visual elements, mockups, and screens that align with our design principles.
  • Work with marketing across campaigns, social, advertising, and collateral to develop visually appealing content.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers on visual elements and ensure consistency throughout the product.
  • Develop the visual part of case studies to showcase product and engineering work.
Requirements:
  • Strong grasp of the design process and visual fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator, or other design tools that help bring ideas to life.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Ability to take a loose brief or abstract idea and turn it into something clear and usable.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX and experience creating short-form content with speed and intent.
