Job Title: Bid Writer Specialist

Description:

  • We seek a seasoned professional with expertise in Federal Government Contracting to create compelling bid responses.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, US Federal government contracting, and MS Office tools.
  • Main responsibilities include anchoring proactive and reactive bid responses, identifying service improvements, and developing customer-specific sales materials.
  • Mandatory qualifications include 5+ years of pre-sales and proposal writing experience, understanding of US Federal government regulations, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, alongside hands-on experience in bid writing and a deep understanding of federal procurement regulations.

About the Position:

  • This is a full-time role requiring flexibility with night shifts and working within the US Eastern time zone (6 PM to 3 AM IST).
  • The successful candidate will be well-versed in contract vehicles, GWACs, GSA Platform & IDIQs, and various portals such as SAM.GOV, GovTribe, FedConnect & GSA.
