Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to contribute to the development of our cutting-edge web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, with a focus on building scalable, secure, and efficient web applications. The selected individual will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and DevOps, to develop innovative features and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Full Stack Development:
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications with a focus on performance and user experience.
- Work across the full technology stack, including front-end, back-end, databases, and servers.
2. Front-End Development:
- Implement responsive and dynamic web interfaces using React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize the application for speed and scalability.
3. Back-End Development:
- Build and maintain robust server-side logic using Java and ensure smooth data interchange between the server and users.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs that meet both current and future application requirements.
- Develop database schemas and manage databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with DevOps to ensure the applications are deployed and maintained in a stable environment.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Engage in code reviews, debugging, and identifying performance bottlenecks to continuously improve code quality.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development practices.
- Implement and follow Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write and maintain documentation for new and existing functionalities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficient in full stack development with a focus on both front-end and back-end.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Java, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Solid understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience working as a full stack developer or in a similar role.
