About MIS Systems Analyst - Bangalore Operations:

The MIS Systems Analyst in our Operations team will be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and reporting data to drive business decisions. The role involves managing data systems, optimizing processes, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of information within the operations function.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • We collect, organize, and analyze operational data from various sources.
  • We create, maintain, and update operational dashboards and reports.
  • Our analyst generates daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the operations team.
  • They identify trends, anomalies, and insights to support strategic decision-making.

System Administration:

  • We manage and maintain MIS tools and software.
  • We ensure data integrity and troubleshoot issues within the MIS framework.
  • We coordinate with IT teams for system upgrades, patches, and technical support.

Process Optimization:

  • Our analyst analyzes existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies.
  • They develop and implement strategies to improve data flow and reporting accuracy.
  • Automated reporting tasks enhance productivity.

Collaboration:

  • We liaise with various departments to gather relevant data.
  • Our analyst works closely with the operations team to address their data requirements.
  • They provide training and support to team members on MIS tools and systems.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • We ensure adherence to company policies and data protection regulations.
  • Our analyst documents all MIS processes, protocols, and reports for reference.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with database management systems (SQL knowledge preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the operations domain is an added advantage.
  • This position comes with a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, based on location and qualifications.
