Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our IT, product engineering, and cybersecurity teams to ensure the security and integrity of our products. This role requires a strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools, as well as experience in managing third-party supplier GRC relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain processes for product cybersecurity and risk assessments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Conduct regular security audits and provide reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet cybersecurity standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 4-10 years of experience with GRC tools and third-party supplier GRC relationships.
- Cybersecurity or supply-chain certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA, ASCM, CPSM.
- Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443 4-1 Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) requirements.
- Strong process development and reporting skills.
