Job Description:
Drive digital transformation strategies across enterprise platforms by leading the design, development, and deployment of content management solutions using IBM FileNet P8.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design scalable ECM solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies to meet business needs.
- Manage end-to-end content lifecycle, including capture, storage, retrieval, and archival, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful outcomes.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and Case Manager.
- Solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles and best practices.
- Experience in workflow automation, document management, and business process management to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex ideas.
