Junior Reputation Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Reputation Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies to enhance clients' online reputation.

You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ORM strategies to enhance clients' online reputation.
  • Monitor and manage online reviews, forums, and discussions across multiple platforms.
  • Respond to and address negative sentiment or mentions to mitigate potential risks.
  • Utilize ORM tools to track performance, measure sentiment, and identify trends.
  • Prepare detailed ORM performance reports, highlighting insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Availability for a full-time 6-month traineeship.
