Community Impact Manager

As a seasoned community development professional, you will oversee multiple initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful change in underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans
- Ensure timely achievement of project milestones
- Prepare and submit project reports to stakeholders
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships for collaborative success
- Travel extensively for project implementation and coordination
- Build and manage volunteer mentorship programs and coordinate with volunteers
- Employ resourcefulness in project design, implementation, and monitoring
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Non-Profit Management, Social Work, or Community Development
- Minimum 6 years of experience in non-profit program management with a focus on community development
- Fluency in English and proficiency in one additional language (e.g., Hindi, Marathi)
- A positive, empathetic mindset with strong interpersonal skills
