Senior Advisor Trainer

This role entails guiding and developing agent advisors through comprehensive training programs.

• Develop, update, and implement training modules for Agent Advisors.
• Continuously monitor the progress of agents to ensure they meet expectations.
• Foster a culture of open feedback from agents, Sales Managers, Partners, and Managing Partners.
• Ensure that all interactions with clients adhere to the highest moral and ethical standards.
• Prioritize updates to training materials based on valuable insights from Agents, Customers, ADMs, APs, Ps, and MPs.

• Participant satisfaction ratings.
• Training duration and frequency.
• Customer satisfaction surveys.
• Pass rates among agents.
• Agents' pass rates in IRDA exams.
• Compliance with IRDA requirements.
• Efficient use of training resources.
• Enhanced awareness among agents about industry competition.
