We are seeking an Endpoint Security Analyst to fill a key position in our team. As a security expert, you will be responsible for protecting, monitoring and maintaining our organization's endpoint security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Endpoint Security Management:
    • Deploy, configure and maintain endpoint security solutions, including antivirus, anti-malware and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
    • Implement and enforce security policies to prevent cyber threats.
  • Incident Response:
    • Investigate and respond to security incidents involving endpoints. Analyze malware and conduct forensic investigations.
    • Develop and implement remediation actions to mitigate the impact of security breaches.
  • Monitoring and Analysis:
    • Monitor endpoint security systems and logs for signs of potential threats or vulnerabilities.
    • Perform regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify areas for improvement.
  • Policy and Procedure Development:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of endpoint security policies, procedures and best practices.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure endpoint security measures are integrated and effective across the organization.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of endpoint security measures.
    • Provide training and guidance to end-users on security best practices and the proper use of endpoint security tools.
  • Training and Awareness:
    • Develop and deliver training programs to educate end-users on cybersecurity best practices.
    • Foster a culture of awareness and vigilance within the organization to promote a proactive approach to security.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of endpoint security configurations, incidents and actions taken.
    • Prepare reports and documentation for management review to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Research and Development:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats and technologies.
    • Evaluate new security tools and solutions to enhance endpoint protection and improve overall security posture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant Certifications:
    • CompTIA Security+
    • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
    • Other security-related certifications
  • Endpoint Security Tools and Technologies:
    • Proficiency in endpoint security solutions, including antivirus, anti-malware and EDR tools
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills to investigate and respond to security incidents
    • Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex security problems
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with IT teams and other stakeholders
