Industrial Data Integration Lead

This is a high-level leadership position that involves overseeing the development and implementation of industrial data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, with a strong background in industrial software, data integration, and related fields.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and roadmap for industrial data integration solutions, focusing on ease of use, scalability, and leveraging AI for intelligent configuration.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in industrial operational technology (OT) systems and protocols, including historians, communication protocols, MES systems, databases, and AI/ML concepts.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, working closely with engineering, design, and other product teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive innovation and growth, utilizing strategic thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in product management roles, with a strong focus on industrial software, data integration, or related fields.
- Industrial domain expertise: in-depth knowledge of industrial OT systems and protocols, including historians, communication protocols, MES systems, databases, and AI/ML concepts.
- Product management mastery: proven ability to define product vision, build roadmaps, gather requirements, and prioritize features to deliver significant customer and business value.
- User-centric mindset: genuine passion for understanding user needs and designing intuitive, easy-to-use solutions for complex technical problems.
- Technical fluency: ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineers and understand the intricacies of data payloads and industrial systems.
- Strategic thinker: ability to connect current customer challenges with future trends and technologies to build a compelling long-term product strategy.
