Responsibilities

• We are seeking a Game-Based Learning Specialist to develop gamified behavioural learning solutions for clients.
• You will collaborate with clients to tailor content based on their unique learning needs.
• Author content for learning games, group processes, and interactive case simulations.
• Write scenarios, cases, and scripts for immersive learning experiences.
• Design board games and virtual games for learning (serious games).
• Create learning experiences grounded in behavioural science, focused on driving lasting change in learners.

Requirements

• Understanding of adult learning principles.
• Interest in behavioural skills development.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with high ambiguity.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to write, edit, and proof-read quality written content for various mediums.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Any graduate with a degree in Psychology, Information Design, Game Design, or Communication is preferred but not required.
