Dynatrace Integration Specialist

About the Role:

The primary objective of this position is to establish and configure Dynatrace, a leading performance monitoring and management tool. This role demands strong technical expertise in synthetic monitoring, alarm management, and integration with IT service management tools like ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and configure Dynatrace for optimal performance and monitoring.
  • Develop and implement alarms and alerting systems for different applications using Dynatrace and Splunk.
  • Collaborate with application and platform teams to ensure seamless integration and communication between teams.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and perform root cause analysis to identify recurring problems.
  • Define and fine-tune alerts for efficient incident management.
  • Integrate Dynatrace alerts with incident management tooling.
  • Maintain knowledge of ITIL practices and principles to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
Requirements:

This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in IT operations, specifically in application management, monitoring, and incident management.
