Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Developer to join our team as Technical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the design and development of our SaaS platform's frontend architecture.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building high-performance, scalable web applications using React. They will be responsible for crafting a fast, lightweight, and user-friendly UI that enhances user experience.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features, optimize performance, and push the boundaries of what's possible. The successful candidate will be able to take ownership of features or projects, drive them from concept to delivery, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and Implement Frontend Solutions: Design and develop highly efficient, scalable, and maintainable components, ensuring a smooth user experience across devices.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize performance to ensure the platform is lightweight and responsive under high traffic conditions.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, modular, and reusable code adhering to best practices in frontend development. Ensure comprehensive unit tests are in place for all functionalities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver features that delight users.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends. Bring innovative ideas to the team to continuously improve the product and development processes.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks in the platform.
  • Code Reviews and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise to raise the technical bar within the team.
