Job Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Access Specialist to manage day-to-day operations for our Identity & Access Management function. Key responsibilities include aggregating user data, implementing processes and generating reports.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Refresh user data periodically to ensure effective access controls.
  • Extract, convert and upload user lists to our Onecert system.
  • Generate reports and follow escalation processes to source user lists.
  • Fulfill requests from stakeholders to source user lists and documents.
  • Implement catalogue changes based on security request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams to improve application limitations.
  • Mitigate risks related to IAM processes and the Bank.
  • Support leaders in maintaining and enhancing IAM processes.

Regulatory and Business Conduct:

  • Display exemplary conduct and adhere to our values and code of conduct.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.
  • Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel VBA and Macros.
  • Fluency in English language.
