Senior Culinary Specialist

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing special meals and ensuring that all food items meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
  • Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.
  • Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.
  • Inform Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Related education or technical training.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience (not required).
