Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Executive to join our operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent pension reconciliation and payroll control services in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring any possible changes to procedures are raised, discussed and agreed with management before implementation.
  • Processing daily workloads, keeping Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and team members informed of progress throughout the day to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Liaising with other teams in Retirement Solutions when mismatches or technical issues occur.
  • Using multiple EQ pensions administration systems to access and retrieve banking data.

The role involves working on Payroll Control and Pension Reconciliations, sourcing and collating data to produce reports in existing templates, identifying and raising any mismatches that need correction. The reports are then shared internally with other teams in Retirement Solutions and shared externally with clients.

  • Good attention to detail as the role largely involves collating and inputting data
  • Good math skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and applications, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Snipping Tool
  • Able to collate data and run macros in Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of formulas
  • Able to use internet banking to access and retrieve bank statement data
  • Able to work across multiple systems
  • Able to work well under pressure and remain focused when the team are in peak activity
  • Experience of working in an operations environment (desirable but not essential)
  • Awareness of Client Money Regulations (desirable but not essential)
  • Awareness of UK Tax system (desirable but not essential).
