Machine Shop Maintenance Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage machine shop maintenance for grinding, turning, and machining centers with a focus on crank shafts, cam shafts, gear machining, and precision machining.

  • Responsibilities include handling routine maintenance tasks for various machine tools, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

  • Operating grinding machines, turning centers, and machining centers (HMC/VMC)
  • Maintaining induction hardening and gantry systems
  • Performing CNC and PLC maintenance, including programming
  • Executing breakdown, preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance procedures
  • Measuring parameters such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE
  • Capturing predictive data for critical machines
  • Familiarity with vendor networks for repairing PLC/CNC cards, drives, PCBs, and other components
  • Good knowledge of electrical drawings, configuration software, and hardware

The selected candidate will possess a strong understanding of CNC parameters and be able to update systems accordingly. They will also be familiar with induction hardening, heat treatment processes, and various machine tools.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or BE in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
