Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team at EuroTeck Environmental Pvt Ltd.

About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Strategist will play a crucial role in enhancing our online visibility and driving growth through advanced digital marketing strategies. The specialist will focus on improving organic search performance, acquiring high-quality backlinks, and managing outreach campaigns to build our company's online authority. This role will directly contribute to our mission of delivering innovative water and wastewater treatment solutions by ensuring a strong and impactful online presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Perform in-depth keyword research to identify and target high-converting transactional keywords.
    • Develop and implement effective on-page & off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs).
    • Optimize website structure, metadata, and content for SEO best practices.
  • Backlink Acquisition:
    • Design and execute end-to-end link-building strategies to secure high-quality and industry-specific backlinks (Sustainability, Water & Wastewater Management industry specifically).
    • Manage and track organic and paid backlink acquisition campaigns to enhance domain authority.
    • Utilize SEO tools to monitor backlink quality and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Outreach and Guest Posting:
    • Build and maintain relationships with relevant websites, bloggers, and industry influencers for guest posting opportunities.
    • Create compelling pitches and negotiate terms to secure valuable content placements.
    • Ensure all guest posts align with the company's brand, tone, and strategic objectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Regularly monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
    • Prepare detailed reports on SEO performance, ROI of backlink campaigns, and overall digital marketing effectiveness.
    • Identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations to improve strategies.
  • Collaboration and Strategy Development:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing.
    • Continuously innovate and experiment with new digital marketing techniques to stay ahead of competitors.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of hands-on experience in SEO, link building, and digital outreach.
  • Proven track record of ranking high-converting transactional keywords.
  • Expertise in backlink acquisition (organic and paid).
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others relevant to SEO and link building.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for outreach and guest posting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience working with B2B or industrial clients is a plus.
