Highly Skilled Software Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Expert to join our technology team. This role requires a dynamic individual who is experienced in designing, developing, and implementing software applications and managing IT systems across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, IT infrastructure, and technical support, with the ability to solve complex technical problems and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital environment.

As a Software Development Expert, you will be responsible for building efficient software systems and ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, QA testers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet organizational goals.

• Design, code, test, and maintain software applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or others as required.

• Collaborate with other developers and software architects to develop and maintain scalable web and desktop applications.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, errors, and performance issues in software applications.

• Create and maintain technical documentation including code comments, user manuals, and system design documents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development

• Design, code, test, and maintain software applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or others as required.

• Collaborate with other developers and software architects to develop and maintain scalable web and desktop applications.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, errors, and performance issues in software applications.

• Create and maintain technical documentation including code comments, user manuals, and system design documents.

2. IT Systems and Infrastructure

• Monitor, maintain, and upgrade the company's IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud services, and storage systems.

• Ensure systems are secure, up to date, and compliant with organizational policies and relevant regulations.

• Provide support for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and network systems.

• Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and system restoration processes.

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain enterprise-level IT services.

3. Security and Compliance

• Implement and monitor security measures to protect data, software, and hardware systems from unauthorized access or attacks.

• Conduct regular audits of systems and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR, HIPAA).

• Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and advise on necessary updates or changes to infrastructure and policies.

4. Collaboration and Support

• Work with business units to understand and analyze their software and IT needs.

• Provide end-user training and technical support for internal systems and tools.

• Participate in Agile or Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

5. Innovation and Continuous Improvement

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies that could benefit the organization.

• Propose improvements to existing systems and processes to enhance performance and efficiency.

• Participate in code reviews and mentoring of junior developers or IT staff.
