Job Title

A high-level position that oversees the entire accounts and finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, effective cash flow management, and strategic financial planning.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end accounts and finance operations within the manufacturing industry, preferably metals/steel.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process.
    • Develop strategies to optimize cost, improve margins, and enhance profitability.
    • Monitor financial performance against business goals and provide insights for decision-making.

About This Role

This leadership position requires a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts & Finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in manufacturing (preferably metals/steel sector).

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, cost control, and treasury management. They should also have a proven track record in handling audits, liaising with banks, and managing working capital.

Requirements
